Skim & Whole Milk Powder
These powders are made from fresh cow’s milk, which is skimmed (optional), pasteurized, and concentrated through vacuum evaporation. The concentrated milk is then spray-dried or roller-dried. They are available in Low Heat, Medium Heat, and High Heat varieties. All milk powders have a different fat profile.
