Cheese
Cheese is a dairy product made in various flavors, textures, and forms through the coagulation of milk protein (casein). During production, milk is acidified, and rennet or bacterial enzymes are added to coagulate the casein. The solid curds are then separated from the liquid whey and pressed into cheese.
